Man Dies While Playing Dota

Man dies while playing Dota  The singaporean Ong Yi Bao, was found dead over his computer on the past Wednesday afternoon 12 minutes after a game of Defense of the Ancients start. In the night before on Tuesday, he fainted in front of the same computer according to his mother. She was teaching Ong how to play mahjong over the internet then. However, the 50-year-old mother did not mention if medical attention was sought at that point of time. It is said that Ong¡¯s mother bought him the game upon the completion of his 2-year spell of his country¡¯s military service. In addition, despite Ong¡¯s medical history of asthma, his condition has been fairly stable and was not on any medication for it. Ong was also a high-school dropout, but the unemployed man has had plans to enroll in a private school to pursue a computer course. Some Funny Comments :  Do NOT play too much Dota. LOL. Just wondering how they register his death? Cause Of Death : DOTA? or Murdered by DOTA? |

United demolish Gunners  Manchester United ended Arsenal's FA Cup hopes with an astonishing salvo that saw the league leaders fall apart at the seams as last year's finalists glittered. Wayne Rooney opened the scoring (16) before Darren Fletcher bundled home in the 20th minute. Nani capped a final individual display on 38 minutes before Fletcher grabbed his second. Lifeless Arsenal had Eboue sent off for an assault on Patrice Evra. |

Ah Long Pte Ltd

 went to watch Ah Long Pte Ltd ( featuring Mark Lee , Fann Wong ) with roy , zy , gq , mike , yk this monday. the show was damn hilarious! LOL. esp the lao zha bor. after the show , yk went home. then , we went CyberDome for some lan gaming as it has been awhile since we last 'lan-ed'. the temperature there was freezing cold , even the jacket i wore couldn't foil the wintry air gusting towards me. After awhile , qj and terry came , they settled down at another side of the lan shop and started playing battle net (dota). there was this super-noob-qop at their team and i was standing behind terry. i pronounced stridently " eh wtf the QOP damn noob leh " and after a moment , i realised something. the QOP was sitting beside terry LOL. ok i was wtfed but who cares? he's really dumb and noob , so i didn't care. roy and zy was playing Counter-Strike against mike ( whom is a total noob in cs ). they were bullying him and giggling away. it was funny tho. i thought it was a total bullying game but when i looked at mike , he was smiling away , so it was ok then. if i were him , i would've f10 eq-ed LOL. then , they logged out at about 4am and we went Kopitiam ( @ parklane ) for our early breakfast. the food there seriously sucked. do NOT ever settle your meals there , reallly. ok went the posbank last morning to make an atm card ( as i lost my previous one when i was depositing money ). i realised i was applicable for a debit card , so i made one. it's a nice looking card though lol. |

Chinese New Year 2008

Ok due to the incessant visit to Jean Yip ( trimming my hair ) , my Blue Hair was officially 'cutted' away by the hairdressers =( i miss the blueness tho..
.jpg) Went to Safra Mount Faber for reunion dinner this year's New Year Eve. Generally the food served was great ( other than the wasabi mayo prawn ). After the dinner , i went to some random bar ( with Raynier and YC ) at clark quay for a drink. There were live performance from the Ang Mohs and no doubt they were a brilliant band. ( ya the picture below was our beer haha )  After the drink , i went to siang's house for another reunion dinner. But this time round it was with my old kampong friends. We sat at the balcony and had our steamboat there. Went back home in the morning at about 0730hrs. ;OOn the 3rd day of Chinese New Year , i went to my cousin's house at Teck Whye Lane for another CNY dinner. It was steamboat too. ok that steamboat was way better than the one we had at siang's house LOL. i was amazed that my little cousin Dixon is playing DOTA. oh my god time travels. when he was an infant , i remembered looking after him at his place. i was able to see his pulse from his head as his skull was very thin? And now , he's primary 2 playing maple , pudge war and DOTA on his OWN. i must admit that he's intellectual. today , which is the 4th day of Chinese new year , i went out with dominique and friends to clark quay for dinner. initially i was suppose to go sentosa's flower festival with them but i was busy. we went to some Japanese restaurant for ramen. which was much better than Ajisen Ramen. the waiter/waiteress and chef were all Japanese. After the dinner , we bought ice-creams and sat by the clark quay riverside. After our desserts , we went to this ang bao river near esplanade. There was this HUGE cai shen ( god of wealth ) squirting out dunno 4D or To-To numbers every 30 minutes. A bunch of superstitious monkeys made up of old aunties and uncles , crowding around the Cai Shen , waiting for it to squirt. LOL. ok to be honest , we tagged along HAHA. after that , i went to 12degrees Bar to watch Man Utd vs Man C match. It was disappointing. Man Utd lost Man C in the bloody OLD TRAFFORD STADIUM wtf ? ok emo sign off ~ Score 1 - 2 |

Chinese New Year Preparations

ok yesterday was a busy day. i woke up at about 1300hrs. to my disappointment , the weather wasn't really good for me to go swimming nor jogging. i called dominique as i was suppose to meet her to collect my Chinese New Year Brownies.
i met her at Plaza Singapura with 'Pui' and one of her other friend and the brownies business was done. Little Fat Chicken ( xinyi ) wanted to alter her jeans and she decided to come along , meeting me at Plaza Singapura. to my astonishment , she forgot to bring her jeans! ok after meeting her , we walked towards PS and i was telling her , " eh this route very dangerous 1 , always got ppl ask u donate money here and there ". after my words of wisdom , instantaneously , 2 teenagers approached us. ok xinyi gave me the face -.-" ' woah so zhun , speak of the devil '. they claimed that they were playing a game. they were given about 5 - 10 packets of tissue , and they must earn $40 for some charity purposes. he opened the packet and ask us to buy 1 tissue ( meaning 2 ply ) for $0.50. ok i was wtf-ed , and i gave them a dollar for 1 cuz i do not have small change.what a lucky beginning of the day. next , we went PS Thai Express for lunch. the food was great. Xinyi ordered seafood pineapple rice while my set was honey chicken rice.then , she went Cine Leisure to meet her church friends. i went to meet Yechao and Jasper. we rendezvous at Far East Plaza 's Subway as we were eager to purchase some clothings for Chinese New Year. Jasper bought a pair of Puma shoes and a White Pants akin to mine. we bought them at the same shop.we walked pass a couple of tailor and decided to alter our Pants. it took us an hour to wait for the completion of the alteration. After that , we went Ramen Ten for our dinner , i find Ramen Ten superior to Ajisen Ramen as the price were cheaper and nicer. i took some pics.  My Drink was Strawberry Soda , Jasper's was Lime Soda and Yechao's was Japanese Hot Green Tea Yechao being caught by the camera unknowingly hahaha. trying out my new phone's camera. kinda sucky tho  Our Scrumptious dinner hahaha. im the one who ate the least but it was kinda filling to me. the ramen was great !After dinner , we went to meet Ghim , Andy , Siang and Jason at The Heeren. while i was trying out some polo t-shirt , Jasper found his pants missing. LOL not the 1 he's wearing but the newly altered white one. i had a strong feeling that he left it at the Ramen Ten restaurant. my instinct was right. we called over to the restaurant and the yalam worker told us to go back and collect the lost item. luckily the pants was retrieved or it'll be the worst Chinese New Year for Jasper lol. at that moment , the Tottenham vs Manchester United match started about 20 minutes. Tottenham scored a goal. i was disheartened LOL. anyway that match was a draw , tevez scored at the 93rd minute ( last minute ) which was according to Siang's prediction. wow ? went back to kampong area. Yechao came along too. he chat with us till about 430 am ? and he was suppose to wake up at 530am in the morning as he needs to go expo. god bless yc , LOL. |

NAFA Open House Trip

ok just finished playing dota with my cousin Daren and my boss Kiat. we dominate both matches as we were too good LOL.
NAFA Open House 2008 went nafa ( nanyang academy of fine arts ) open house yesterday with Zy a.k.a Ah Meng and Gq ( turong's brother ). i bumped onto matthias inadvertently and he joined in. anyway im not artistically talented so i wasn't keen to join nafa. just accompany those morons to tour around as i was too bored. i called yaya ( amelda ) and met her near a naked statue LOL. ah mong ( lynda )'s school was visiting nafa too. so we were keen to meet her there. HOWEVER , she was too shy to face us LOL. she looks as if im gonna devour her any moment HAHA. yaya was a good tourguide , we basically toured the entire school and even went in her classroom. the classroom was exceedingly 'clean' and 'conducive' LOL. the computer in front of the classroom is those windows 95 type but yaya said that computer is for show. meaning no 1 uses it. basically , the place is flooded with Cheenas and Yalams. i felt that singapore is invaded by china chinese. the china-wh0res poulation in sigapore have been escalating lately. i swear i'll migrate when i have the $ to do so. ok thats basically my trip to NAFA. the rest of the day wasn't interesting enough for me to mention. |
