There was this hilarious assistant manager who mailed my uncle's company afew days ago. I don't think I'm exposing the company's name nor the dumb assistant manager's name cuz it might be an offence. My colleagues told me that they're tolerating this bloody woman for quite some time already. Any damaged cargos or accident, she'll mail us and expect our company to hold the responsibility and pay the losses.
I'll paste the mail here.
Dear Alan (Alan is my colleague)
You talk us the slight broken after you delivery the cargo. Please refer to the photo and explain why we will not inform in the first place when you was the slight broken?

As transporter please advice what is your job scope upon clearance in KD? Can you clear the cargo without examine whether in good condition or cargo dented this suppose be your part of job scope.
Example yeaterday you can inform me pallet and ask me want survey why today you cannot inform us the crate broken? You mean you guy clear cargo in mode, happy inform clear at end not happy clear and send? Your end have this in line for so long you should weight what kind of cargo condition please note you are acting on our behalf and we have to answer to customer.
Yesterday I told you to clear cargo from xxxx not clear blindly you have to check the cargo before sent that is why your end is engage for the job to do xxx clearance.

To XXXXXX,
Firstly, the items in the crate were not damaged. The crate was damaged due to loading and unloading. Obviously there will be wear and tear in a way or another as long as the crate comes in contact with concrete machineries or tools. As a transporter, I know clearly that it is insurmountable for these circumstances to be prevented.
Secondly, the purpose of the wooden crate is to protect the items in it. And you dare to hold us responsible when the items were not even damaged? QUOTE "

I was certain that I told you about the damaged cargos photos (telling you to call UBTS Alan to show you the cargo's photos) and you told us to
CLEAR IT WITHOUT SURVEYING.
If you cannot accept wear and tear (which cannot be prevented during transportation), please seek other companies to cargo your precious items with perfection. And by the way, your english is horrible. I have alot of shipping orders to settle and I wasted a signifincant period of time, trying to comprehend what you were trying to say. Please brush up your english, thank you!
